Our design team thoroughly checks any designs that you submit to identify any issues — properly centering logos/graphics that might be slightly off, combining color variations, ensuring that any graphics used have a high enough resolution, etc.

We will always send you final mockups & a detailed document for your final approval before proceeding to production. During the different production steps, we keep you posted by sending you pictures so anything can be corrected right away.

There are no minimum order quantities for most of the products that we offer, so you can order one custom-made item at the same price you’d typically pay for a comparable branded product.

Usually, we ask for 2 to 4 weeks to deliver your order for apparel, but depending on the quantity and our ongoing workload, we might deliver earlier or ask for more time. If you have a certain deadline, contact us with your order details to confirm a guaranteed delivery date.

If you’d like to place the order yourself, each product with a design/color variation needs to be ordered separately. Different names & numbers do not constitute a design variation. The bulk quantity discount will still apply, so you get the best volume price for your entire order.

If you are ordering a single item, our warranty & hassle-free return policy have you covered on the off chance that the delivered product is not to your satisfaction.

We can have a blank sample at your doorstep within a week so you have complete peace of mind about the fabric quality, stitching, and sizing. We ask for a small non-refundable fee (usually Rs 2000/- per item) that gets deducted from your final order total.

For orders larger than 200 pieces or Rs 50,000/-, a printed sample is part of the approval process.

We select the best possible fabrics and mention them in the details document that you receive before production begins — including GSM and composition breakdown. We have a huge range of breathable, moisture-wicking, dri-fit and stretchable fabrics. We can even custom-develop fabric if the order quantity is above 1000 pieces.

Most of our apparel uses sublimation printing, which allows us to print any design and incorporate variations like names/numbers without additional charges. Some items like sweatshirts, fleeces, and hoodies sometimes look better with embroidery.

More than anything else, we want to ‘wow’ you with our quality and service. If something is not right or up to your standards, we will work with you to make it right. We are happy to send replacements in quick double time or even offer a full refund if the items are in any way faulty.

If there is a fault that is evident on delivery — a misspelled name, wrong colors, sizes, or material — contact us immediately and return the faulty item(s) within 28 days of delivery in original condition.
