1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use www.axelsports.store or place an order with Axel Sports, a sportswear shop based in Lahore, Pakistan. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them, together with our exchange and return policies and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Axel Sports. "You" means the person using the website or placing the order.

2. Products and prices

  • All prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs / PKR).
  • Prices, sale prices and offers can change at any time, and a sale can end without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you placed your order; later changes do not affect it.
  • Delivery costs Rs 300 per order, free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more. The delivery charge and your total are shown at checkout before you place your order.
  • Stock is limited. If something you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to offer another size or product, or cancel that item.
  • If a price or description is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then order at the correct price or cancel.

3. Product photos and sizes

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another, so the shade of the product you receive may differ a little from the photo; this is not a fault.

4. Name and number printing

Where a product offers it, we can print a name, a number or both on it. The option and its price are shown on the product page: usually Rs 450 per item, unless the product page shows a different amount.

  • You choose the spelling. We print the name and number exactly as you enter them. Check the spelling, spaces and digits before you order; we do not correct them.
  • Printing takes longer. Allow 6-7 working days for a printed item.
  • Printed items are made for you. A customized item cannot be returned, and can be exchanged only if it is faulty. If what we print differs from what you entered, that counts as a fault.
  • We may refuse to print words that are offensive or abusive.

5. Ordering and Cash on Delivery

  • Placing an order. Add products to your bag, go to checkout, enter your name, phone number, city and address, and press "Place order". You will get an order number; keep it to track your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch it.
  • Payment. We take Cash on Delivery only: you pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Card payment is not available yet.
  • Confirmation. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before we dispatch it. If we cannot reach you, we may hold or cancel it.
  • Our right to cancel. We may cancel an order that looks fake, suspicious or duplicated, or that has a wrong phone number or an incomplete address. To prevent abuse, the website accepts at most 5 orders per phone number in an hour.
  • Refusing a parcel. Every Cash on Delivery parcel costs us to send. If you refuse a parcel without a valid reason, such as a wrong or faulty item, we may decline your future orders.
  • Changes and cancellations. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it is dispatched, except a printed item once printing has started.
  • You are responsible for giving us a correct phone number and delivery address.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan by courier. Our usual delivery times are:

  • 2-3 working days for in-stock products
  • 6-7 working days for customized products
  • 4-10 working days for international orders

These are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers, weather, public holidays, strikes and remote addresses can cause delays that are outside our control, but we will help you follow up with the courier. For an order from outside Pakistan, contact us first.

You can follow your order on our track order page with your order number. Please check your parcel when it arrives and tell us about any problem within 48 hours.

7. Exchanges and returns

Our full exchange and return rules are on our policies page and form part of these terms. In short:

  • To claim an exchange, tell us within 48 hours. We exchange a product that is physically broken, the wrong size or the wrong colour.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the product is unworn, unwashed, unused and in the condition it was delivered in.
  • If you change your mind, we refund 80% of the purchase price or exchange the item.
  • Sale, pack, clearance and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, and you pay the delivery charges for a size or product change.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, photos, videos, graphics, logo and designs, belongs to Axel Sports or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Team, club, league and brand names mentioned on this website belong to their owners and are used only to describe products.

If you send us a logo, design or artwork for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and you allow us to use it to make your order.

9. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered as described, and for putting right faults as set out in our policies. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for delays or losses caused by couriers or by events outside our control, or for damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore will deal with any dispute. Before it comes to that, please talk to us: most problems can be sorted out quickly on WhatsApp.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms on this page when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
