What we collect when you visit or order, why we need it, who else sees it and the choices you have.

In short: we collect only what we need to deliver your order, we never sell it, and there are no advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

1. Who we are

Axel Sports is a sportswear shop based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy covers our website, www.axelsports.store, and the orders you place with us. "We", "us" and "our" mean Axel Sports.

2. What we collect and why

When you place an order

You do not need an account to shop with us. When you order, we ask for:

  • your name, phone number, delivery address and city;
  • an email address and a note for us, only if you choose to add them;
  • what you are buying: the products, sizes and quantities, and any name or number you want printed.

Each order also keeps its order number, prices, delivery charge, total and status, and once it ships, the courier's name and tracking number.

We use this to confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, print and pack it, deliver it, collect Cash on Delivery, handle exchanges and returns, answer your questions and keep our business records.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive what you send, such as your number, messages, photos or design files, and use it to reply and to handle your request. The contact and custom-kit forms on this website open WhatsApp with your message ready to send; the website itself does not store what you type into them.

Reviews

If you send us a review, we may publish it on the product page with the name you give us.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for card or bank details (we take Cash on Delivery), CNIC numbers or passwords, and we do not create customer accounts.

3. Visit statistics

To learn which products people look at and which cities they shop from, the website records simple visit statistics:

  • What happened: page views, product views, items added to the bag and orders placed, with the page address, the product (if any) and the time.
  • Approximate location: the city, region and country that Cloudflare's network reports for your connection.
  • Where you came from: the name of the website that sent you to us, for example instagram.com, but not the full address of that page.
  • Device type: mobile, tablet or desktop.
  • A random visitor ID: a random code kept in your browser's local storage (as axel:vid) so that repeat visits count once. It is not linked to your name or phone number.

These statistics do not include your IP address, your name, your phone number or anything you type into a form. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other third-party tracking.

4. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage, which stays on your device, to remember:

  • your bag and your wishlist;
  • the products you viewed recently;
  • the orders placed on this device ("My orders"): order number, phone number, total and a copy of the receipt, so you can track or reprint them later;
  • when the offers pop-up was last shown, so it does not keep appearing;
  • the random visitor ID described above.

You can remove an order from "My orders" at any time, or clear everything by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Your bag, wishlist and order list on that device will then be empty.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:

  • Courier companies receive your name, phone number, delivery address, city and the amount to collect, so they can deliver your parcel and collect payment.
  • Supabase stores our database, including orders, and our product photos, on servers in Singapore. This means your order details are stored outside Pakistan.
  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Cloudflare delivers our product videos and processes the visit statistics described above.
  • WhatsApp and Instagram carry the messages you choose to send us there. Their own privacy policies apply to those apps.

Like any website, our hosting providers receive your device's IP address when they deliver a page to you and may keep it in their own technical logs; we do not copy it into our orders or statistics. We may also share information when the law requires it, for example in reply to a lawful request from the authorities.

6. How long we keep it

  • Orders: we keep order records for as long as we need them to deliver, handle exchanges, returns and complaints, and keep proper business accounts. You can ask us to delete yours sooner (see below).
  • Visit statistics: these do not identify you, and we keep them to see how the shop is doing over time.
  • Messages: WhatsApp and Instagram chats stay in our business accounts until we delete them.
  • Your browser: what the website keeps in local storage stays on your device until you clear it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • see the information we hold about you and your orders;
  • correct a wrong name, phone number or address;
  • delete your order records and messages.

Send your request on WhatsApp to +92 303 4613912, from the number you ordered with and with your order number, so we can check that it is really you. We will reply on WhatsApp and confirm when it is done. If we need to keep some details, for example to finish an order that is still on its way, to complete an exchange or return, or because the law requires it, we will tell you what we are keeping and why.

If you asked us to send you news about new drops and offers, you can tell us to stop at any time.

8. Children

We sell kids' sizes, but the website is meant to be used by adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order for you. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Orders are kept in a database with strict access rules: anyone with an order number can see that order's status, but its items and courier details are shown only when the matching phone number is entered too. Only our store staff can sign in to view and manage orders, and no one can create a staff account from the website.

No system is perfectly secure, so keep your order number to yourself and tell us straight away if you think something is wrong.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the shop or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If anything elsewhere on this website says something different about your privacy, this policy is the one that applies.
